Romans 2:6-7

who “will render to each one according to his deeds”:

eternal life to those who by patient continuance in doing good seek for glory, honor, and immortality;

The judgment for the unsaved will be before the Great White Throne where those who do not believe will receive differing degrees of punishment based on their knowledge and behavior.

The judgment for the saved will be at the Judgment Seat where believers will be rewarded according to their deeds.

doing good — In this dispensation this means trusting Christ. Only what is done in Christ is good. The first step is faith. Then, and only then in Christ one can continue to do good.

Glory = rewards

Honor = God’s esteem

Immortality = should be translated “incorruption.” We already have immortality.

God would reward the good — if there were any. But in Romans 3:10, Paul says There are none righteous.
