Romans 5:18

¹⁸ Therefore, as through one man’s offense judgment came to all men, resulting in condemnation, even so through one Man’s righteous act the free gift came to all men, resulting in justification of life.

Righteous act — not general righteousness, but the specific righteous act on the cross

All — it is for all, but only those who accept it are justified.

Justification of life = justification that results in life
